My workspace, new Office 365 tool for Mac

For the Mac users who use Microsoft products and services, Microsoft provides from now on a new and useful centralized tool. Its name: My Workspace Office 365.

An easy-to-use and free tool

This new tool, totally free for users of Office 365 on Mac, is a result of the work of the Microsoft team dedicated to the study of experimental projects: Microsoft Garage. The way My Workspace Office 365 works is simple: just start a session from the web browser to have all the services it provides. An icon available in the menu bar of MacOS permits to access Microsoft services and applications. Once My Workspace is launched, the actions and activities of the Office 365 account will be synchronized with the Mac, acting as a newsfeed.

Integration with Microsoft Office applications and customization

The possibilities offered by My Workspace are quite extensive, from the management of calendar events to the possibility of joining group video calls through Skype for Business, or directly opening the most recent files stored in OneDrive. It is possible to share Office 365 documents and work on them simultaneously. The tool allows a wide customization, so that the user can activate or deactivate what is more or less is necessary.
